            We are small, family run business and are proud of delivering truly personalised service to our customers. Our extended expertise in Oak World, we believe, make us standing out from the crowd. What do we do differently? – we are listening to your needs, and whether we deliver to cottages or castles, we pay the same attention and care to help you achieve your goals and always give a little extra to exceed your expectations.

 

The Way We Work:

  

                 When you contact us with your ideas, we’ll always assist as far as we can to match the technicality and visual end results, so you can rest assured you will receive the goods tailored to your specific situation, not only looking good but also fit for purpose.

            There will be a string of questions, about desired end results, settings, sizes and all the other bits and pieces, but this is where our UK office will be happy to step in. We will also take care about the delivery process and after sales care, should you require any spare fixings, oil etc.

          

            Once we are all happy and agreed on details, our production team in Poland will take over and do the magic. As surprising as it might sound, from the initial contact from you, it’ll take up to 3 weeks to deliver, although, its usually sooner than that. And mind you, we deliver Worldwide ;)

            Payment wise, when we agree all the details, we’d issue PayPal invoice or provide our Bank details for transfer – whichever is more convenient.
